Chickpea Tikki With Cucumber Chutney

150g chickpeas

200g cucumber

Pink salt as required

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste

HOW TO MAKE CHICKPEA TIKKI

To make this easy recipe, soaked chickpeas, salt, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds blend them to make a mixture.

Then, take a small portion of the mixture and shape them into round or spherical balls. Now, using your palms, flatten these balls to give them a shape of tikki.

Now, take a non-stick pan and Place each tikki carefully and fry from both the sides until they turn golden brown in colour. Once the tikkis appear to be cooked, turn off the flame.

Finally, place the chick pea tikkis on a serving plate and pair it with any chutney of your choice.

CUCUMBER CHUTNEY

200g Cucumber pieces

Coriander

Mint leaves

Salt

Pepper powder

Lime juice

Mix all ingredients together and grind well.
