Air Fried Scotch Eggs

This is one egg and 70gm Turkey mince per serve.

Very simple recipe: boil your eggs however you like them. I boil the water first add the eggs and time it for 6 1/2 minutes- 7 minutes depending on how soft you like them.

Weigh your Turkey mince, season to liking, wrap it around your egg. (Use dampened hands so the meat doesn’t stick to your hands)

Place in airfryer on high or 180 for 6 minutes then turn your roll over and do another 6 minutes. I turn it as I like the meat brown so turning ensures even colouring.

I only cook for 6 minutes because I reheat 1 every morning at work in the microwave so this cooks for a further 1 min, so I find it doesn’t overcook and go dry.

I like to put baking paper on the bottom of my air fryer 1. because it also cooks in it’s own juices and too saves a lot of cleaning up because I just throw the baking paper away and give the air fryer a wipe down.
